I had a client come into me last week in the clinic and she told me a lovely story that I would like to share with all of you…
She was waiting in line ordering a cup of coffee and after she picked up her coffee and was on the way out the door a man tipped her on the shoulder and said
“You are one of the most elegant women I have seen and you should be proud of yourself…. You look beautiful.”
Friendship is on my mind this week. What type of friend are you? Are you the type of person that is open to making new friends? Or do you usually just stick to the ones you have and not like anyone else coming into your cleek? Being open and friendly is so important in life. It keeps us all going and reminds us that we are not alone.
I thought this week about focusing on "forgiveness". We all have situations or people in our lives that have caused us un-necessary pain - or hurt us in one way or another... even me!
Valentine’s Day is fast approaching… so weather you’re a fan or not – it’s time to think about what valentines is really all about… It’s about appreciating the people in your life. The people who you love and love you. It’s about stopping for just a second and really looking at your relationships and telling the people around you how much you really do care about them.
