So… it’s my 1^st blog of a new year… a new decade… how time flies by…. Well – I’m feeling pretty open today – so I’m going to let you in on my thoughts and my feelings at the beginning of a new decade and how I’m going to live and make a difference…  and honestly – how I want to live to help others… and help you!

I started this year off by doing a course on Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy. It’s something I’ve been practicing for years in my clinic www.paulgoldin.com – and I’ve helped hundreds of clients using this particular type of therapy – but I just wanted to get some more info on it and see what else I could bring to people’s lives by doing another course.  I always feel it’s good to keep learning new ways, new techniques and new skills to help people achieve and cope with the difficult times in their lives. Each week I’ll be putting up articles in my “Goldin Girl Column” section of Goldin Universe that will focus on different problems that you may encounter – from body issue, to stress and depression – to relationships to name but a few. I’m the type of person that needs to help people – I strive to make your life easier and better and to help you to live the best possible life you could possibly live! Why you may ask? The answer is… I don’t know why I’m the way I am… I just feel very rewarded when I know that something I have done… has helped to change someone’s life for the better. I may only be 26 (yes… it’s my birthday tomorrow!!) but I feel I am an old soul… working with my father for as long as I can remember has instilled upon me a feeling – a desire – a craving you might even call it – to be a support to you – and to help you to find the answers in the waves that life throws at you… at all of us….

My father was such a great therapist, and seeing the changes he made in people at our clinic in Dublin Ireland… and through his website – all positive life changes… just makes me want to do what he does even more and on a bigger scale! I want to reach out and help hundreds of people… not just people in Ireland that attend my clinic…. But from every corner of the world! Goldin Universe has given me a way to reach people all over the world and I intend to give information, from colorgenics, to future predictions… to books – to downloadable hypnotic and relaxation cds, which will guide you through times you are struggling or looking for answers. I am here to help you…. And together we will be able to make your life an enjoyable, happy life where you feel worthy and able.

Everyone has the right to be happy. Every single person has the resources within themselves to overcome whatever problems you may be going through. You know how you want to feel, act and live… sometimes all you need is a little guidance and focus to get you there!!
